This Cookie Policy explains how J Styles Digital, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things about your visit -- like your preferences or how you found us. We also use similar tools, such as pixels and web beacons, which work the same way.
3. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools on our website to:
See how visitors move through and use our site;
Count visits, sessions, and page views;
Learn which pages and content people find most useful;
Measure how well our marketing is working; and
Improve how our website works and feels to use.
4. Types of Cookies We Use
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site -- for example, which pages they view and how long they stay.
Marketing Cookies: Help us understand how people engage with our marketing.
Functional Cookies: Remember choices you make on our site, to make your visit easier and help us improve your experience.
We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell the information gathered through analytics or marketing cookies. We also do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of anyone under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising, or for any other purpose that would require opt-in consent under California or similar state laws. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us using the details in Section 9.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We may use outside companies -- such as website analytics or marketing platforms -- that place their own cookies on your device. These companies may use the information their cookies collect for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies.
6. Your Cookie Choices
You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually change your settings to decline or delete them. If you turn cookies off, some parts of our site may not work as well. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but where the law requires it, we do honor the Global Privacy Control -- see Section 6A below.
Here is how you can manage cookies:
Change your browser's privacy or cookie settings;
Use our cookie banner or preference tool, if one is available on our site; or
Use the opt-out tools offered by third-party analytics or advertising companies.
6A. Global Privacy Control and Other State Opt-Out Rights
As of 2026, several states require us to honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). GPC is a signal your browser or a browser extension can send that tells us you want to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context (interest-based) advertising. We do not currently do anything that may be deemed "selling" or "sharing" personal information under these laws, so there is nothing to opt out of right now. If that changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and add the opt-out tools the law requires before doing so.
We do not currently direct our website to, or knowingly collect information from, visitors located in the EEA or UK. If that changes, we will put the consent process described above in place before using any non-essential cookies for those visitors.
California residents also have a right to a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. Honoring GPC, as described above, satisfies that requirement, so a separate link is not required. If you have questions about your state's specific rights, or would like to make a request another way, please contact us using the information in Section 9.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and tracking technologies we use, or for legal or regulatory reasons. If we do, we will post the updated policy here with a new "Last Updated" date.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute about this Cookie Policy is handled the same way as disputes about our Terms and Conditions, including our arbitration agreement -- see that document for the details. If arbitration does not apply, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Richmond County or New York County, New York. Any claim must be brought within one year of the last date we provided services to you.
9. Contact Us
